Having this group meet in Washington County gives us the chance to really show off our many stellar attractions -- historical, cultural, recreational and retail. Hosting attendees who love the outdoors is the perfect convention for our area because Washington County has 5 National Parks and 8 State Parks. Our organization has been immersed in the celebration of the Centennial of the National Parks this year in our sale and marketing efforts.”
CVB Director of Sales, Audrey Vargason, said, “The CVB is pleased to have assisted and coordinated with the organizers to provide special visitor services for the attendees. We are the thrilled to welcome them to our city and county! It is a significant group for the county because of their use of the outdoors, and Washington County has so much to offer!”
