Formed in the mid 60’s in Chicago the BUCKINGHAMS were an immediate sensation and had five chart topping hits in 1967 alone - Kind of a Drag, Hey Baby, Susan, Mercy Mercy Mercy and Don’t You Care earning them the title of The Most Listened to Band in America in 1967. They were America’s response to the British Invasion begun by the Beatles and they were invited to perform on all of the prominent variety shows of the 60’s as well as two Presidential Inaugural balls. Two original members are still performing with the band, Carl Giammarese and Nick Fortuna. This concert will be a chance to enjoy the soundtrack of your life once again. Local favorite band, Staff Infection, will open the evening priming the audience for the Main Event.
